The apartment is in the 5th floor of an elegant block in the centre of the pedestrian maritime walk of Marbella sea-front. The beach is just outside and both the beach and the sports marina can be seen from our balcony. The view from our apartment is magnificent and goes as far as Gibraltar and the North of Africa.

You can forget for a few days the nightmare of cars and traffic. At the foot end of the town's central park; with downtown Marbella and its attractive shopping area round the corner; a few minutes away from the beautiful Old Town; 15 minutes by boat or by bus from sophisticated and internationally famous Puerto Banus; our apartment is in the perfect emplacement for those who want to combine a relaxed holiday with the fun-filled opportunities of a fashionable resort.
Marbella has a microclimate that offers a perfect temperature in the middle of the winter months. For some climatological reason left to the experts, this microclimate is due to the shielding and protection offered by "La Concha" mountain.
Marbella, known world wide as the capital of the Costa del Sol, is magnificently situated for the lovers of Golf, Equestrian, and Seaside sports. Costa del Sol and Costa de la Luz, the coastal strip comprising the provinces of Malaga and Cadiz, is renowned for its golf links and its love of horses.

Avenida del Mar, at the foot of Marbella´s central park "La Alameda", was designed by Dali and boasts a permanent open air exhibition, for everybody to enjoy, of several of his sculptures.

The terrace
It is a self catering apartment with one double bedroom, a living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom. The living area opens into the balcony/terrace. – It has air conditioning and it is complete with bed linen and towels, plates, cutlery, toaster, kettle, washing machine, hair dryer, television and DVD player.
The balcony/terrace, which offers a magnificent view, is fully and very comfortably furnished. It faces the ideal South-West and there is no building in front obstructing either the sun or the view.
